Three-layer flat roofing beside the pitched roof
The top layer of the three-layer flat roofing system runs along the narrow roof below the existing profiled tiles. Views from opposite ends show the sheet layout, the lap joints and the junction beneath the lowest tile course.
At the far end, the roof changes direction around a return. The overhead photograph shows the waterproofing dressed into this section, with the perimeter edge visible above the garden.
Lap joints and perimeter details
The top layer has a textured finish, with overlaps visible between the sheets. A transverse lap marks the edge of the newly covered section beside the lighter existing roof surface.
The photographs also show the raised outer edge and the tight junction beneath the pitched roof tiles. For a similar renewal, we would inspect these details alongside the condition of the deck when preparing a quotation.
